Address Accuracy:
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Stygian cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:
Although rare, if your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or appears lost in transit, contact our customer support team immediately. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Repack your item securely and clearly include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
